Sunset Proposal at Colline du Château, Nice¶
Proposal Planning in Nice¶
T reached out to plan a sunset proposal for his partner, J, during a short stop in Nice. The couple were travelling together, and the following morning they were heading to Barcelona, so time was limited. Choosing the right location was essential, and once again, the viewpoint at Colline du Château overlooking the Promenade des Anglais proved to be the perfect spot.
Proposal Setup¶
We met before sunset and positioned ourselves to capture both perspectives of the moment. With two photographers present, we were able to photograph the proposal from a higher angle with the full view of the coastline, as well as from a lower angle, focusing on the emotion and connection between them. The sunset was absolutely perfect, with warm light reflecting off the sea and the promenade below.
After the proposal, we took a few relaxed portraits of the couple and with their friend who was travelling with them.
After the park closed, we went down to Quai Rauba Capeu, one of the most scenic viewpoints in Nice, with panoramic views of the city and the coastline behind them.
