Wedding Photography in the French Riviera, Provence & South of France

Photographers duo for destination weddings and intimate celebrations across the South of France

A wedding day is fleeting, yet it holds a lifetime of meaning. Every detail, every glance, every quiet moment between the two of you — this is what we're here to preserve.

Whether you're envisioning an intimate elopement or a grand celebration, planning a wedding is a beautiful but sometimes overwhelming experience.

That's why we're here for you — every step of the way.

Your Wedding across the French Riviera, Provence, and beyond

Our approach is warm, soft, and editorial — rooted in natural light and genuine emotion. We photograph weddings the way they actually feel: the stolen glances, the laughter between tears, the details you spent months choosing.

From the first look to the last dance, we’re with you — two photographers, always. One close to the emotion, one telling the full story.

Frequently Asked Questions

01.

Our Wedding Style & Approach

What's your style and approach to wedding photography?

Our approach lives somewhere between documentary and editorial, or "loose editorial". It sits between pure documentary/candid coverage and highly posed editorial work.

We focus on real, candid moments as they unfold naturally throughout the day. Our goal is to work quietly in the background, moving through the moments as they happen naturally— the laughter between friends, the nervous hands before the ceremony, the glances that say everything without a single word. We want to capture all the big feelings and tiny details without getting in the way of your experience. When it comes to your portraits I'll bring in more of an editorial approach. We are fully present, guiding you into beautiful light, suggest a spot to stand or walk, and give you prompts.

Booking & Planning

Are engagement or couples sessions included?

We're very happy to include a pre-wedding session as part of your booking, and we genuinely encourage it. Spending an hour or two together before the wedding day is one of our favourite things to do. It gives you a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera in a relaxed, low-stakes setting, and it gives us a chance to get to know you properly. The couples who come into their wedding day having already shot with us always seem that little bit more at ease, and it really shows in the photographs.

We're having a small wedding or elopement. Do you cover those?

We love them, truly. Some of the most tender and beautiful work we've ever created has been at the most intimate of celebrations— just two people, a stunning location, and a handful of people who matter most. There's a freedom and an emotional honesty to smaller weddings that is very hard to replicate. If this sounds like you, please do take a look at our elopement FAQ for a fuller picture of what we can create together.

Do you travel for weddings?

Wholeheartedly, yes. The French Riviera and Provence are home to us, and the majority of our photo sessions take place here, but we have always been travellers at heart and we love nothing more than following you somewhere meaningful to you. We've photographed weddings and celebrations around Europe, Hawai'i, the Caribbean and beyond. Travel costs are always discussed openly and transparently as part of your quote. If you're planning something somewhere in the world and you'd like us there, please reach out and let's talk.

When should coverage start and end?

We generally suggest starting around 45 minutes before you begin getting dressed, when the morning still has that quiet, unhurried feeling that photographs so beautifully. From there we stay with you through the ceremony, the celebrations, and well into the evening. We'll look at your timeline together and give you honest guidance on where the natural stopping points are, making sure the most important moments of your day are always well within our coverage.

Are you bilingual?

Yes, completely. Jean-Claude is a native French speaker, born and raised in France, and Anita is fluent in English and comfortable in French. We direct, communicate, and connect in both languages with equal ease, which makes us particularly well suited to the international weddings we so often photograph along the Riviera.< / p >

What happens if one of you is ill or there's an emergency?

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your lives, and we take that weight seriously. In the extremely unlikely event that one of us was unable to attend, the other would always be there, and we have a close network of trusted photographers in the region we could call on for additional support.Your day would never be left without the coverage it deserves. In all our years of photographing weddings, proposals and photo sessions, we have never once missed one, and we intend to keep it that way.< / p >

Deliverables

How many photos will we receive?

For a full wedding day you can expect a beautifully curated gallery of somewhere between 400 and 1000 fully edited images, though the exact number will always depend on the length of your day and how it unfolds. We don't believe in flooding you with near-identical frames. Instead, we edit with care and intention so that every photograph in your gallery is one you'd genuinely want to linger on.What you receive will be a complete, thoughtfully told story of your day, from the quiet moments of the morning to the last light of the evening.< / p >

What happens to the photos that don't make the gallery?

Every unedited, RAW image from your day will be provided to you as well, if you'd like them! We never hold back a beautiful photograph, and every moment that truly mattered will be there waiting for you, even if it's not edited or added into the gallery. This could be a few thousand photos!

When will we receive our gallery?

We aim to deliver your full edited gallery within 5–8 weeks of your wedding. We know how much you'll be looking forward to reliving everything, and we work with real care and pace through the editing process so you're not left waiting. If anything were ever to affect that timeline, we would always communicate with you openly and honestly rather than leaving you without an update.

How will we receive our photos?

Through a private, online gallery that's easy to navigate on any device. From there you can view, download, and share your images at full resolution with as many friends and family members as you like, wherever in the world they might be. It's designed to feel like a real experience, not just a file transfer, because your photographs deserve to be presented with the same care that went into taking them.

Can we print the photos ourselves?

Yes, absolutely. You have full printing rights for personal use and are completely free to print your images wherever you choose. If you'd like recommendations on producing beautiful quality prints, wall art, or a wedding album, we're always happy to point you in the right direction. We believe deeply that photographs should live somewhere beyond a screen, and we'd love to help you find a way to bring yours to life.

How are our photos backed up?

From the very first frame, your photographs are protected. We shoot to dual memory cards simultaneously, meaning every image is written to two cards at the moment it's captured. After the wedding, files are immediately backed up across multiple locations and remain that way throughout the entire editing process. We treat your photographs with the same care we'd want someone to treat ours, because we understand exactly what they mean.
