A Fun Couples Session in La Turbie and Villefranche-sur-Mer

This session took place in late May from 19:00 to 21:00. S and W, wanted relaxed couples shoot in quieter, off-the-beaten-path locations. They were a super smiley, happy and giggly couple, and it was impossible not to have fun photographing them.

La Turbie Old Town Streets

We started in La Turbie a lesser-known spot perfect for peaceful, private photography.

We spent about 45 minutes wandering the streets, enjoying the quiet corners and charming scenery.

Along the way, we even met a little kitty and took some playful photos with it, which added to the lighthearted energy of the session.

Villefranche-sur-Mer Portraits at Sunset

After that, we continued in Villefranche-sur-Mer, beginning at a viewpoint with a stunning backdrop of the Eglise Saint-Michel and the surrounding mountains.

From there, we explored a little red street with vibrant, colourful façades, capturing romantic moments and playful dancing shots with the church in the background.

Waterfront Photos

Next, we headed down to the waterfront area, where the sunset colours were beautiful, reflecting across the sea and the town.

We finished at our favourite panoramic viewpoint, which offers a sweeping view of Villefranche-sur-Mer and the sparkling evening waters. The light at this hour makes the sea shimmer, creating a magical, romantic atmosphere.

The session was relaxed, joyful, and full of laughter, with lots of walking, dancing, and genuine connection. It was a really fun shoot, and the energy of the couple made the whole evening a delight to capture.
