Luxury Proposal at Colline du Château in Nice¶
Proposal Planning¶
In late May, A planned a truly special proposal for S at Colline du Château, at the viewpoint overlooking Port Lympia in Nice. He put a lot of thought and love into every detail, creating an elaborate setup that made the moment unforgettable.
Proposal Setup¶
Although we usually recommend early morning for this location, this session was scheduled in the late afternoon so that family members could be present and they could go to dinner together afterwards. The park closes at 20:00 in the summer, and the proposal began around 18:30 when S arrived. The setup for this proposal was exceptionally detailed. A had a large flower arch surrounded by roses and a decorative walkway leading to the proposal spot. In the centre of the walkway, there was a small sign that read “Will you marry me.” The moment S arrived, she was completely surprised. We captured the proposal itself along with the emotional reactions and intimate moments that followed.
Sunset Portraits on the Promenade¶
Afterwards, we continued the session with portraits in Nice during sunset. This portion of the shoot was from 21:00-21:30 of the set-up. We began on the Promenade to capture the sun setting in the horizon.
Afterwards, we walked through scenic streets, and ended at the port area, capturing the warm orange glow of the sunset reflecting over the water.
The combination of the thoughtful setup, family presence, and the natural beauty of Nice at sunset made this a truly memorable and joyful session for A and S.
