Private Morning Proposal at Colline du Château with a Sea View¶
Proposal Planning¶
This heartfelt proposal between S and F took place in late May in the quiet morning light of Colline du Château in Nice. F was hoping for something intimate and peaceful, and this location is one of our favourite choices for private morning sessions because it remains surprisingly calm before the afternoon crowds arrive.
A Joyful and Emotional Proposal¶
The early hour brought soft, bright colours that feel distinctly South of France. The proposal itself was simple, genuine, and full of emotion.
Moment of the Proposal¶
S was completely surprised, and the moment ended with F celebrating in the sweetest way, lifting his hand into the air in a quiet, joyful cheer that is beautifully visible in the photographs.
Before leaving the park, we took some more pictures at their proposal spot.
Walking Toward the Sea¶
After the proposal, we slowly made our way down toward Quai Rauba-Capeu, stopping along the path to capture portraits from both directions facing the promenade and the port.
The day was incredibly windy, with S’s hair moving freely in the sea breeze, adding energy and movement to the images.
The wind also transformed the water into an intense turquoise blue that almost looked unreal, one of those rare Mediterranean colours that only appears in dramatic weather.
We finished the session near the port after a relaxed walk along the waterfront, closing a morning that felt bright, peaceful, and full of quiet happiness.
