Proposal with a Panoramic View in Jardin Exotique, Èze¶
Proposal Planning¶
In early June, B planned a romantic proposal for his partner, N, in the Jardin Exotique of Èze. He chose one of the highest viewpoints in the garden, a location with a wide and unobstructed view over the mountains, the village, and the Mediterranean. It is one of the most breathtaking public viewpoints in Èze and offers a truly iconic Riviera backdrop.
For this specific spot, timing is essential. The garden is only quiet enough during the first minutes after opening or the final minutes before closing. We chose the latter, entering during the last fifteen minutes of the day so the space would feel private and calm. Like all professional sessions in the garden, this location requires a 200€ photography fee in addition to general admission tickets, but it remains completely worth it. It is the only public place in Èze where you can see the sea so openly without booking a private hotel venue.

After the proposal, we captured a few more portraits in the same area, taking advantage of the soft evening atmosphere.

We then explored other corners of the garden, although our time inside was naturally short due to the late entry, lasting only about fifteen to twenty minutes.
Portraits around Èze Village¶
After the proposal, we had around 45 minutes to photograph in the village itself. The evening was slightly misty and cloudy, which made the sunset colours especially beautiful. Warm yellow light reflected across the stone buildings, creating a soft glow that felt both dramatic and intimate.
This session showed how meaningful and cinematic a proposal in Èze can be, even within a short window of time. The key is careful timing, thoughtful planning, and allowing the natural beauty of the Riviera to speak for itself.
