Valensole Lavender Fields: A Dreamy Mother-Daughter Sunset Photoshoot

On 9 July 2025, G and her daughter E joined us for a sunset session from 20:10 to 21:10 near Valensole. This timing was perfect for capturing the warm, soft light of the evening. We started in a field close to Valensole with beautiful views of the mountains in the background. The lighting was soft and flattering, ideal for capturing candid moments of mother and daughter enjoying the fields.

Changing Location: Sunset Field

After the first field, we moved to what we call the “Sunset Field”. This field faces directly toward the horizon, giving a full view of the sun lowering behind the lavender rows. The golden light and pink-orange sky created a magical backdrop for the photos. We took a mix of solo portraits and pictures together.

During the shoot, there were moments of pure emotion. G teared up, overwhelmed with joy at finally being in the lavender fields with her daughter.

The hour flew by, and we captured a mix of intimate portraits, playful interactions, and candid memories that they will have forever.
