This session took place in mid-July from 10:15 to 11:15. M wanted to propose to S in a private, intimate spot, so he chose the Château Eza's private balcony for its breathtaking views and quiet atmosphere. S was completely surprised, and the emotions were so genuine and heartfelt.

Earlier in the summer, V and J got engaged during a trip to the Dolomites. The proposal was a complete surprise and incredibly romantic, but like many spontaneous moments, it happened without dressed-up photographs to mark the occasion. When their travels later brought them to Nice, they decided it was the perfect opportunity to celebrate their engagement properly with a dedicated photo shoot.

D reached out to plan a surprise proposal for A, and after discussing several ideas, they chose 14 July 2025. That summer was particularly difficult in the Valensole region due to intense heat waves, drought, and rising temperatures. By mid-July, most of the lavender fields had already been harvested.

In mid-July, K planned a special two-hour session to propose to J. They usually do a lot of shoots together, so it was easy to make this one seem like a normal couple session. We started at a field about ten minutes from Puimoisson to take a few photos and keep things casual. This gave J the impression it was a typical shoot and kept the surprise intact.

Originally, the plan was to shoot in Valensole from 18:00 to 19:00, but due to an unusually hot summer, heat waves, and drought, the lavender fields there were nearly all harvested. We quickly adapted and found a beautiful field just outside Saignon in the Luberon region.

The garden requires a €200 photography fee in addition to general admission tickets, but it is truly worth it. Outside of the private hotels, it is the only public location in Èze where you can clearly see the sea, making it one of the most special and recommended proposal spots on the French Riviera.

This was a truly special and unique shoot with one of the youngest babies we have ever photographed. The couple were visiting the French Riviera with their newborn, only a few months old, and wanted to capture this fleeting season of life in two meaningful locations that perfectly aligned with their travel schedule.

In late July, L and H booked a one-hour sunset session from 19:50 to 20:50 while visiting Nice. We began at Place Masséna, which was the perfect starting point. L wore a beautiful red dress that complemented the red façades and the iconic checkerboard paving of the square. The fountain area and surrounding architecture made the colours stand out beautifully in the evening light.
